The title of this book is "Broken Promise". The author of this book is Eleanor Robins. This book is about Josh made a promise to his father but he broke the promise. Josh already got his driver license for six mouth so he could take his girl friend for a drive. Josh's father told him don't take more than one friend on his car because it is illegal in American law. He made a promise to his father that he won't take more than one friend at same time. But one day his best friend Cooper need to come to a prom but there is nobody could take Cooper and his girl friend. So he asked Josh for help. Josh thought Cooper is his best friend so he took Cooper and her girl friend at the same time. He broke the promise to his father. Finally his father took Josh's car key away and Josh could not drive for a long time.

when josh gets his car he was really excited. He was so excited that he called his girlfriend and he went to go pick her up. She was the first person to ride in it. In the car josh and Kate (his girlfriend) were talking about the dance and how josh can only drive with only one passager. And that day he had promise his dad he would only drive with one person. And josh did.....
