I enjoied only the second part of the book, where the main symbols are explained and I'm glad because I managed to find the connection between dreams and reality. On the other hand the firs part of the book is just blah-blah-blah, so you can easily skip it- nothing to loose.
If you are trying to understand more about your dreams, this book is a good start. The first part is a little boring, but is important so you can understand more about the background as well. If you are looking for a book that will give you the meaning of dreaming with something specific, that is not the book! Here you will learn how to interpret your own dreams, based in your own life and experiences.
When I first got this book I thought it was facinating, only to be crushed by the words of others saying that no one truly knows what dreams mean and that the book is rubbish. I have a dream diary, but I hardly write down my dreams anymore.
