I don't usually read Mormon fiction, but I was out of books on vacation and my Mother-in-Law gave this to me to read. I HATED the main premise of this book --that the spirit will always just tell you what to do, where to go, what to say. It never comes that easy. I'm afraid some people could really question their spiritual worthiness after reading this thinking "why doesn't it happen like that for me?" also the author put in his little pet theories about destiny etc. that were pretty annoying. All of that aside, I gave it a second star because that was a great story! Things kept happening; and I kept reading.

I really liked this book, but was about to throw it through the wall when I finished.... if you could call it that - it leaves you hanging and I mean hanging, big time.

Someone "commented" that you can get the sequel on an HTTF (wherever you find that) and it is frustrating.

I do not know what happened and why this book/sequel wasn't continued in paperback/hardback form, disappointing.
