oh man, i have been tearing through this one. mostly because they have a significant number of delicious pasta dishes for which the sauce is made while the pasta is boiling. also because someday i will make the greatest lasagna of all time, thanks to the last section (on lasagna).

So far I've only made about three of the recipes from this book but those three alone were worth the price of the book. Looking forward to more. LOVE the Five Pepper Sauce recipe.

There are a number of baked pastas in here, and the whole technique and flavor emphasis in the short book is outstanding
