Christian Poetry

Rate this book
I think it is very sad that people everywhere, and especially Americans who claim to be Christians, know so little about Jesus Christ, who He was and IS and why He came down and walked among men. They need to know how and why He died, and they need to know why America is—and hopefully will always be—a “nation under God.” In my own humble way, I am trying to tell in lyrical poetry my concepts and beliefs in Christianity. This book contains poems of history and challenge. There are poems written when I was exhilarated and felt very close to God, and others written when I was out of step. All were written in the hope of telling some lost soul that there is a better way and it is so easy to find. They were also written to say thank you to God and to honor His name.
