Part of a personal challenge to read all of my boyfriend's and his sister's childhood books before we donate and give them away

Giving this five-stars out of nostalgia.

The Big Comfy Couch was one of my favourite TV shows as a kid and this book brought back so many memories (memories of my brother and me, pretending that our couch was The Big Comfy Couch and hiding all our toys under, behind, and inside the couch...).

This book was a great addition to the TV show and serves as a prequel of sorts, with a story of how Loonette the Clown became friends with her doll, Molly.

I don't know if kids nowadays will enjoy this book since the TV show itself ended in 2002 and was reprised again for one season in 2006 (with a different cast). While all episodes can be viewed on AmazonPrime and Youtube, I don't know how many kids out there actually watch the show now.
