An absolute masterpiece on innovative organizational models, in this case, Organizational or Corporate Democracy. The author Paul Bernstein, builds a theoretical model of six necessary components required for democratization at the workplace, up from the analysis of dozens of democratized companies and organizations worldwide. Although written in the 70s, his model is completely contemporary and can be used without hesitation in the democratization of nowaday firms.
