Overwhelmingly but satisfyingly rigorous. A must-read for anyone intensely serious about the whisky industry from grain to consumer.

Solid. Meaty. Research. Factual. Fantastic!

Aside: Why o why doesn't Heriott-Watt offer the distilling program in Malaysia? They could hide it under Chemical Engineering.

Wink wink, nudge nudge.
