I feel seen -- there aren't enough hard-of-hearing main characters, especially younger ones, even in this age of #OwnVoices. And this is the first time I've ever encountered someone with wonky balance like mine in a novel! An enjoyable read, this book is a definite improvement on Scott's more well-known first novel, Belonging.
