I got this book from the library discard box. I read a few chapters and skimmed the rest of it. I was looking to see if the book would be useful for someone I know who has a dog. I feel that the autobiographical stories woven into the text are distracting from the content. Sadly, I think that she will find only a few chapters useful. This book is doesn't have a long applicability. There is no way to keep information about groups and such updated once in print.
