Another excellent read from the Drifter/Frank Morgan series. Obviously the ghost writer had very little to do to finish this one and the majority of it was written by William. It's what makes any of the books with J.A. Johnstone either good or bad.

A better constructed range war story than the range war tale a few books ago. The plotting is more involved than the earlier effort. The clever actions to solve various problems and well-written characters come together for another very good entry in the Frank Morgan series.

Bottom line: I recommend this book. 7 out of ten points.

Range War

Another of Johnston's action packed tome. He leaves thereafter waiting to read his next. As usual, there is lots of action and just enough romance to keep readers guessing. Well written.

The Devil's Legion

Another great story by the Johnston's. A new story losing a surprising ending but great none the less. Keep them coming. I'm going to use up my pension buying your books.

24-62. Wow, if half the gun slingers in history traveled as much or ran into trouble as Frank Morgan, they would have had a lonely life. I borrowed this e-book from the Sacramento Public Library through the Libby app.

Yet another range war plot that's been done to death (including in this very series).

Good Morgan book

Different story line but still Interesting and a easy read. Ends with a reference back to book one and will bring about another book.

Wonderful!

Another great tale by this master writer. I enjoyed this book because it depicts how wrong was effectively remedied in the old west.

Goldarnit, the pencil-pusher of this hyar yarn 'bout ruint it writin' in Cowboyese 'stid of English! As it is the confabulation gits in front of the tale and pulls down the ratin'. Recommended only for die-hard western fans!

Great reading

These books are very entertaining, i can start reading and if the family is watching tv, I just block it completely out. I look forward to more books.
