Weeding my gardening books. While this book has some general information on growing cacti and succulents, the bulk of the text is focused on information to help identify specific cacti and succulents. It seems a fairly extensive list, and large, good quality color photos of each cactus (2 listings per page) are helpful.

Mostly excellent and handy reference guide to cacti and other succulents for the avid cacti hobbyist; does not always provide the layman's name for certain species of cacti, and shows many photographs of cacti in their rather rare flowering phase, which is a little optimistic. Still good, though.
