Great book!

Very well written. The chapter on setting boundaries hit home for me. I plan to incorporate a lot of these techniques in my everyday life.

What I appreciated most about this book is the author realizes one strategy will not work for everyone. The range of strategies and techniques offered throughout this book (including my favorite 5S method) provides opportunities for people with different personalities, preferences and situational needs to select a few tactics that have the greatest opportunity for incorporation into their personal lifestyle. This book would be great for anyone feeling overwhelmed, those stuck at the mercy of their environments, those going through menopause or significant life changes, and people with ADHD, autism or anxiety diagnoses.
