This is a great book on leadership. I had to read it for a discipleship & leadership course I took a few years back and this book stands out as one that is filled with very practical and easy to read.
A very challenging read which has taken me some time to finish. The Christian context is excellent but the book just seems to die without concluding. Mixed feelings.
This book has excellent views and explanations of various aspects of leadership; however, it can get pretty dry and it ends abruptly - no conclusion chapter and it ends on one of the down sides of leadership. Still, the meat of it is definitely worth getting into and it's theologically very sound.
