This is a 1987 book, and as such has many conservative Christian views representative of that time. It has some dated research and cliches. That said, Cope brings out some strong stances that are 100% relevant today, and honestly he had some views ahead of his time. If you're wanting classic Christian stances with firm commitment to the Lordship of Jesus, this is a solid book.
