One of my favorite cookbooks I've had. Most used recipes are:
Whole dinners for Rosemary Oregano Lamb Burgers, classic lasagna, & grilled marinated flank steak (this is my go to recipe for steak marinade).
Also, mushroom risotto and the oven roasted corn (only way to make corn). Brine cured pork loin is good as well. The recipes are simple and easy to execute & I like the author's commentary.
