These recipes are not only incredibly delicious, but they are truly easy to make. This one cook book I couldn't be without. One gem I discovered in this cookbook was the Tomato Sandwich. I've never tasted anything like it - and as absolutely delicious with homegrown tomatoes and fresh basil. "Wow." If you're looking for some new recipe ideas that are truly quick, simple and pleasing for your family, get this book.
Meh. Some good dinner ideas, and, yes, they're quick, but there's an over reliance on convenience foods (pre- cooked frozen chicken, pre- made crêpes, and- seriously- pre-cut potato wedges.) Good to flip through for ideas, but not one I'd buy to keep on my shelf.
Great ideas if you're stumped. Most ingredients are in your pantry or part of your normal shopping routine. Before I head to the grocery store, I often flip through it to come up with a mental list. Not everything is allergy friendly, but can be easily adapted.
This is one of my go-to books for cooking. Nothing too complicated, very helpful for quick healthy dinners. I imagine I'll use this one even more as kiddo gets older. :)
LOVED this cookbook. I must admit that it is a bit heavy with the meatless suppers, which is fine with me, but not my husband. Loved the dessert section.
@christyrocolvin: 23/32 @CookingLight Superfast Supers is the best cookbook I ever used. I already cook & love so many of the recipes. They are simple&delish!
