Pointless little book about a girl spending summer vacation with her Grama Ax. Everything goes wrong. A boy kills frogs, the hermit dies, and her parents argue. Didn't seem to be a learning curve here. The condo owners won the right to build on Coffin's farm by a vote. Can't imageine how this book got into my bookshelf but it goes to Goodwill today.
