Oh so sweet!
Tucker and Kinsley were each other firsts of many. Teenage love but nonetheless true love. Kinsley wanted a career in music never wanted to hold her back. So when the time came, they said their goodbyes and Kinsley moved away.
Fast-forward years and Kinsley and her career are flourishing. She is married now, but recently things just haven’t felt right. A few minutes before going on stage, a new story breaks, and there, on camera, is Kinsley‘s husband with another woman. On the same stage Kinsley is about to appear on. Needless to say, she is furious but she puts her big girl pants on, goes out and sings, but before so, firing everyone that knew he had been cheated on her all along. Then she set off for a much-needed break to her hometown to go stay with her brother.
Tucker is now a single father to a four year old boy with special needs and Grayson is Tucker’s life. There are lots of complications, but they get through it day by day. Tucker is best friends with Kinsley‘s brother so has inquired about her often but never wanting to overstep. So when this new news breaks, he is furious for Kinsley. But he is very happy to hear that she is coming home for a bit. Because she is the one that got away.
Small towns, word travels fast so Tucker knew that Kinsley was I. Town but had yet to run into her. Until.. as soon as their eyes meet from across the street, everything else around them ceast to exist. In a moment, his arms are out and wrapping Kinsley in a hug. It’s as if no time as past at all. Over the coming weeks, Tucker and Kinsley and Grayson spend more and more time together and everyday that passes, Tucker and Kinsley are assured that their love years ago never went away.
Such a sweet story..and Grayson. Ahh! I loved everything except..why did the deadbeat get away with everything? Where is the revenge? Seriously, he can’t keep it in his pants yet still gets everything he wants? Umm..No! But anyways, love the story and wish they would go on and on. The whole series is amazing!

I freaking loved this book!!!!!! I think I’m totally into the celebrity trope right now.
Kinsley is the sister of Kellan(Book 7) and she’s a country pop star. On her last day of tour she finds out her husband has been having an affair their whole marriage with multiple woman. She performs and fires everyone on her team besides her PR Manager because they all knew what was going on. She then heads to Ohio to stay with her brother.
Tucker is a single dad of a 4 year old Down syndrome boy. (I love that Lacey brought awareness to the DS community and how well she did her research on the character.) He’s the Assistant Brew maker at the Brewery in town.
Before Kins was a country star her & Tucker use to date. They were teenage sweethearts. So in love and broke up for her to follow her dreams. Now she’s back in town and not heartbroken but just sad and mad of her situation. She runs into Tucker and all feelings come back strong for both sides.
I also love that even through these two love each other so much, they took their time to get to know each other and became friends before they went into dating. They waited the 60 days before they even kissed, while her divorce become official. The love Kinsley and Tucker’s son, Greyson, had for each other was so beautiful.

I'm a huge sucker for second chance romance and I'm not sure why I'm surprised because if there one thing Lacey Black knows is how to write a compelling love story. These three (I'm counting his adorable little boy Grays in this) made me so happy. Despite what happened to bring her back into Tuckers life, she didn't let it get her down. With his help and the help of his son, she rediscovered herself and found love again in the arms of the man that had loved her almost a decade ago. But life has prepared a few paths for our couple and they'll have to choose which are they going to take and will they end up together at the end of it.
I've been a fan of the series since the beginning and with each book i find something new to fangirl over and this couple has me smiling from start to finish and i couldn't be happier about the high note the series ended.

This is, without a doubt, one of the sweetest books I've ever had the pleasure of reading. The story unfolds when Kinsley returns home due to some drama in her life, and what she discovers is nothing short of spectacular.
Kinsley is so sweet and genuine with everyone around her, including her fans. I also adored watching her fall back in with Tucker and immediately loving his son the way she did. Reconnecting with her high school sweetheart and meeting his adorable son, Grayson proves to be a heartwarming experience. Tucker's open emotions and affection towards Kinsley add a lovely layer to the story. His role as a devoted father is equally endearing.
Grayson, however, is the true heart-stealer. His sweetness, big-hearted nature, and integral role in the story make him an unforgettable character.

The opening to this one...man Kinsey was a class act! Not sure that I could have went and put on a show with the news I just found out like she did. And as bad as that was, it was the best thing to happen to her. I liked that she went back home, that Kellen and Cameron provided a safe spot for her to plan what to do next. Better was seeing Tucker and starting something with him. It was cute how they got to know each other again, so easy for them. Which made the ending so good and not surprising. I was worried for a bit, but so glad that Kinsey made the choice she did.
My only regret is I hated what she gave to the douche canoe. I wanted him to get nothing and outed for the POS he was.

I can’t get enough of Lacey’s books. And this one is no exception. I love this series so hardcore and add in a single dad trope and I’m done for. This series has been so much fun to read and it’s been a blast meeting all the characters!

The Crüe are back. I have been enjoying this series immensely and was glad another book was coming. While the last few have not been about the original Crüe we still get to hear about them and get cameos from them.
This is the story of Kinsley McGregor and Tucker Dunn. Kinsley is Kellan's little sister and Tucker is his best friend. Kinsley and Tucker were also a couple as teens. This is a really beautiful second-chance romance with a single-parent, friends-to-lovers trope.
Kinsley is an up-and-coming country music star and her dream was the only reason she and Tucker broke up in the first place. She moved to Nashville to start her dream and had to move on without Tucker.
Tucker let Kinsley go years ago and moved on as best he could while always missing her. His life got complicated and he now has a 4-year-old boy that makes all of it worthwhile.
Kinsley had plans to spend the holidays with her brother after her tour finishes but it ends with a big scandal and her plans to hide out with her brother are more needed than ever.
Tucker is furious on her behalf and as much as he wants to be there for her their time together was in the past.
But we all know that kind of love never goes away and it isn't long before all of that love comes to the surface and they can't ignore it.
It was a little bit of a slow burn and Lacey didn't rush their relationship and that just made it all the more special. I'm not sure if there is any Crüe left for Lacey to write about but if there is I look forward to reading it.

Tucker is just as furious as Kellan seeing Kinsley's husband having sex with someone who isn't her. He loved her when they were young but he let her go and his anger has no place in her life. If he could though he would make it better for her.
It only takes them bumping into each other one time for all those long-ago feelings to come back with force. But Kinsley has the betrayal of her husband and divorce to get through and Tucker has his son who needs him and the family they have in Stewart Grove.
No matter what stands in their way though they can't hold back from the love that they have always had for each other.

Grayson is just so adorable and wonderful. I adored watching Tucker with him as well as watching him wrap Kinsley around his finger and the special bond they form. His character is so joyous and adds so much to this story!
Without You is a super sweet and heartfelt romance. There is some drama with Kinsley’s ex as well as a bit of angst with the “what comes next” choices that always seem to be looming over their relationship.
Series fans will love catching up with the rest of the Burgers and Brew Crue. And, the ending of this book will steal your heart in the best of ways!!!!! I was smiling through my happy tears! Without You has all the feels and gets all the stars! 5 stars!

The Burgers and Brew Crüe have become like my own family and I absolutely love that we get to add Tucker and Kinsley to the mix. These two have the perfect opportunity for a second chance and quickly find that they are falling right back into the same choice they faced a decade ago. It’s the perfect example of how you’ll keep experiencing the same situations until you take everything you need from it. We get a glimpse of previous couples and how their lives are growing/changing — it’s so heartwarming!!
Immediately, Gray had my heart. He’s so incredibly sweet, big-hearted, and a crucial part of this story. Tucker is such a good daddy and even though it seems like life keeps taking swings at him, he makes the best of everything. I love how he always finds a silver lining and keeps pressing forward. He’s been keeping his heart (and that delicious bedroom talk!) locked down — all it takes is Kinsley to let it free.
Kinsley has been dealt a sharp blow to her small town heart. But I love how she doesn’t let her awful (soon to be) ex-husband take away her down-to-earth goodness. Her light keeps shining — even if she doesn’t see it — and leads her right back to Tucker. This time, they have a lot more than just their own hearts on the line. I love her tractor song for Gray and how she thinks of him in the smallest, yet most significant ways.
Tucker and Kinsley are such a perfect addition to the Crüe, bringing all the heart and emotion to the table. Lacey makes their second chance worth every moment they were apart!

This series is just so good!
It is hard to believe this is book 8 in this Burgers and Brew Crue series. We have Jameson’s assistant brewer Tucker. Best friend of bartender Kellen and Kellen’s baby sister country music star and Tucker’s high school girlfriend, Kinsley.
We start with the end of Kinsley’s headlining tour. When the band was in Philadelphia Kellen and Cameron went to see the show. Cameron was amazed at how rude Kinsley’s husband Zander is. She gets why Kellen doesn’t like him. Now on the last night of the tour, a TMZ type broadcast appears on the TV in Burgers and Brew Crue. Kellen is bartending with Tucker enjoying a beer when they both literally say: WTF? Someone video taped Zander in a compromising position backstage while the one filming says remember I’m next. Kinsley sees the video just before she goes on stage.
Fast forward and Zander basically admits he does this all the time. He tells Kinsley this is the norm. She asks for a divorce and heads home to Ohio. Tucker has been in love with Kinsley since school and urged her to go to Nashville. Now Kinsley is back home living with Kellen.
Things have changed, for Tucker too. He is a daddy to four year old Grayson who has Downs Syndrome. Grayson’s mom passed away leaving Tucker a single parent. He is awesome with Grayson. He has everything in place to provide the least amount of breakdowns. Grayson needs severe structure that even Christmas break can throw out of wack.
The chemistry is still there between Kinsley and Tucker. She has filed divorce papers that need a sixty day grace period. Tucker decided nothing will happen between them until she is divorced. Kinsley buys a house, remodels to make a studio. Both Grayson and Kinsley are falling for each other. Then…the record company calls Kinsley with and offer. Is Tucker going to lose Kinsley to Nashville agin?
There are four main characters in this series. These supporting characters are just as good as the main four. Wow.

Without You is book 8 in Lacey Black's Burgers and Brew Crüe series and OH EM GEE, she does NOT disappoint! I fell so completely head-over-heels-in-love with Tucker (and his 4 year old son Grayson) that I KNOW it's going to be VERY difficult for Ms. Black to take TOP BBF status from him! Tucker is an absolute DREAM....he's sweet yet a little bit Alpha (when it counts 😉), he's also a walking wet dream! He's, in a word, PERFECTION!!! Top 3 Book of the Year!
Without you is probably the sweetest book I’ve ever read. The word adoration can’t even describe how I feel, but what I do feel? Well, I feel this; The second Tucker took stage, he stole my heart, but the moment Grays spoke, it was a forlorn conclusion that I’d never be the same.
To date, this my favorite book by this author. Lacey Blacks originality reached heights that I wasn’t anticipating. Her writing in Without You was exquisite from beginning to end. Her world building and development of Tucker, Kinsley, and Grays had me slowing my pace, just so their story would never end. There was a certain flow that allowed such a positive light on each of these characters and their storyline. It gave them each time to shine.
We all know this is a Second Chance Romance, but what you don’t know is if I even breech the aspect of this particular Romance, I will not shut up. I promise I will go on and on. So I will say this, in all my life, I’ve never felt a connection like I felt between these two characters. They’re literally like PB&J. The most authentic couple I’ve ever read about.
I also have to give a HUGE shoutout to this author. Thank you for the inclusively of a certain disability. Thank you for showing the light after what one thought was rain. Just, Thank you.

This second-chance romance has my heart. I was not prepared for the slow-burn, and all the heartwarming moments. Tucker and Kinsley broke up when she moved to Nashville to follow her dreams. Now a famous country star she finds herself in the spotlight after a video of her cheating husband is shared. To decompress, she returns home to the small town of Stewart Grove to stay with her brother. Tucker is her brother’s best friend and is now a single dad to the adorable Gray.
There is so much I want to say about this one, but I can’t get my words out. Tucker is perfect! The way he was there as a supportive friend for Kinsley when she returned was beautiful. He’s total book-boyfriend material. He’s sweet, protective, and can be an alpha when he needs to be.
The progression of their reconnection was wonderful. I can’t say enough about how things came together. I love where these two soulmates find themselves in the end. I found myself hanging on to see what was going to happen.

Every single book in this series has been my “favorite”! Without You, well, is my new favorite! Loved the characters, the slow burn, and the second chance at love. Tucker Dunn and Kinsley McGregor have a past hidden within Stewart Grove and its about to be uncovered again!
After Kinsley learns about her husbands wandering ways (along with the rest of the world) she returns to Stewart Grove to piece her life back together. No real plans to stay in her hometown for any specific time, just needs a little room to breathe and get her like back on track.
Tucker is ready to go into protective mode after the hurt and pain that Kinsley is going through. He has his hands full with raising Grayson on his own and working full-time at the brewery but he can always make time for friends. That is where they start their relationship back up as – friends.
Loved the way these two took their time in getting to know each other again. Letting all the feelings from the past come alive again! Ugh so good! And Grayson – totally stole the show! Hearts will be melting throughout this whole story!

I have loved every Burgers and Brew Crue book. These 8 couples have been the perfect small town couples! However I think Tucker and his son Grayson have officially taken the top spot for me.
Tucker is a single dad of an adorable little boy Grayson. Grayson stole my heart from the first page he was on and Tucker is a perfect dad for him. He is dedicated to making sure Grayson is always loved and happy.
Country singer Kinsley is back in her home town to recuperate from her tour and the scandal that was her husband. Being back home near her brother is just what she needs and when she runs into Tucker she realizes he is what she has always needed as well.
Nine years ago Tucker and Kinsley ended their high school relationship so Kinsley could become a star. Now they are falling right back into each other but as grown ups. They were the perfect second chance romance and the way Kinsley fell in love with Grayson immediately was perfect. Just cannot say enough how great these three were!

I think what I loved the most about these two is that Kellan, Kinsley’s brother, knew about their history and actually wanted them both happy. He knew that Tucker was a great guy and would take care of Kinsley in a way no one else would and that Kinsley would love Tucker with everything she had. This was a great second chance romance.

Another hit in this amazing series! Just when you think it can't get any better, Lacey throws Kinsley and Tucker your way, oh and let's not leave out the adorable Grayson, who will steal your heart in this sweet story! 5 stars for this one!

This series just keeps getting better!!!
I’ve loved the books that Lacey Black has given us until now, and tbh, I didn’t think any of the main characters could be more of a favorite than the original Brew Crue, but Lacey keeps on surprising me and giving me new faves with each read.
We knew from a previous read that Kinsley was Kellan’s little sister, Kellan being Tucker’s best friend.
Tucker and Kinsley were a couple when they were younger but Kins left to chase her music career and Tucker stayed in Stewart’s Grove.
Kinsley has been doing great and was happy in her career until an embarrassing incident in her private life had her heading home to SG to hide out and reassess.
First time seeing each other once Kins was back home, even though it was a quick interaction, let them both see that they still had feelings.
I loved how they both had things to think about, talked a lot, were logical and started out again as friends. Their relationship grew organically throughout the story and I was rooting for them all the way.
The best thing for me was Kinsley’s reaction to and relationship with Grayson, Tucker’s son. She was awesome with him and the little guy adored her in return. Scenes with the three of them were some of my favorites to read.
There was a ton of heat, connection, sense of belonging and rightness in this read. As ever we caught up with the guys from the bar and their significant others, which is always fun! I was hooked from beginning to end.
I do hope that Lacey heads back to Stewart Grove and the Crew at some point in the future but until then I’m looking forward to what she’s got coming next!!

This is an amazing story from the beginning to their HEA. A second chance to loving in all the right ways. This is Tucker and Kinsley love story. These two started in high school young love. Their future is unknown yet. Then life took them on two different directions. Letting go to follow dreams shattering their hearts. Tucker didn't want to hold Kinsley back from her country singing dream. Now 9 years later these two are now back in Stewart Grove together. Kinsley is getting over a cheating husband and a uncertain future. Here or there in Nashville. While Tucker is living a quite life with his son Grayson. Seeing each other brings back all the old feelings that never went away. Only growing stronger by the day. Read how these two find their way back to each other to hold on forever this time. Building a new future for all three of them going after new dreams. Never Without You again!!!!!!!!! We are two halves of our whole. The crue is back loved it!!!

This was a great heartfelt and romantic book. It is a second chance romance about a couple that were together and broke up so that the girl could go and explore her dream to be a country music singer. Kensley went and became a great country music singer but had a very rough last show of her tour when it came out that her husband was cheating on her. She went back home to Ohio to stay with her brother and lay low. She ran into her first and true love Tucker and things hit her hard again on how much she loved and missed him. Tucker now as a 4 year old little boy named Grayson. The mother of grayson died. Kensley ends up seeking a divorce and has to wait 60 days. Tucker and her become friends and hang out with his son Grayson. There is no cheating or homewrecking things going on. As you read on you learn a great deal about Tucker, Grayson, and Kensley. This book is heart warming, has some romanic and intimate parts but is truely a great romance. - By Kristina

Love coming back to this series and boy has Lacey Black brought us this far in this town. Music has always been Kingsley's thing but so has Tucker. Two things she has always loved but one thing for sure is this time she is choosing with her heart and not dreams.Tucker was always the one, besides her brother, to give her the kick in the behind to fight for her dreams. Seeing him again just shows that their love is not done and boy does Lacey Black not make it easy for them. My heart broke for Kinglsey and her idiot of a husband for making her go through this yet seems about time that it happened. Tucker and Kinglsey's love is one that just goes from friendship to a love that stands through time. The way they meet again just seems like they never lost contact all these years so easy to fall back and just wow. Another great hit in this series and seeing the whole gang of Burgers and Brew Crüe is like coming back to a second family seeing how far they have come along. Loved it.
