Lisa has also written over 100 children's books and ghostwritten nearly as many. She has hundreds of satisfied clients with published books who recommend her wholeheartedly (see link at right).

Her Young Adult book, SURVIVING THE ANGEL OF DEATH: THE STORY OF A MENGELE TWIN IN AUSCHWITZ, with Eva Kor, arrived at bookstores in October 2009.

She speaks about children's publishing, writing, and editing at U.C.L.A. Writer's Program Extension courses, SCBWI events, and other venues, and is currently working on a book of fiction for grown ups.

Age Level: I think that this book is 3-8th level because it has some complicated things but shows it in an easy way. If it is read to a student in 3rd grade then they can use the activities, or an 8th grader can use it to help them study in a simpler way.
Summary: This book defines things of and in the human body. Like the lungs, heart, and muscles. It gives examples of it in the form of pictures and activities.
Review: I think that this would be a great book to have in the classroom. It is a great reference book to help explain science things in a simple and fun manner.

Good book for a basic body book..downfalls are the extra activities mostly require the magic viewer & there's a feather- both were lost before I got my hands on the book so I can't review that part(though looks informative).
There is nothing sexual so most parents should be okay with younger children reading it. 📚
It goes over the heart & bloodstream, bones, muscles & joints, and the skin.
Has a bit of information i already knew, some i forgot or didn't learn(i didn't get a proper education growing up but i did read some more advanced medical books i got my hands on in my teens).
