It was an OK read, a simple storyline without any twists or turns and its elaboration was nearly simplistic. The serial killer was evil enough but the story lacked atmosphere, although being highly descriptive and sometimes even repetitive. Even though I don't usually judge a book by its cover, this one is really deceptive. The cover psyched me up for some sexual session between the two but I was quite disappointed. Sex was non existent in this book, and the few pecks the characters shared where just plain cold and depressing. Would I read this book again - NO!

Was a good read. the serial killer was evil enough to really hate and the good guy was good enough to really like:) I didn't feel like the romance was right at the fore front but that was ok with me. I might read it again. Love the fact that it was free so that i can experience some new and upcoming authors that i would not have otherwise!

This one read a lot like another of the author's work or used a lot of the same words/events (the sequel to From Nanny to Wife) but I have to say I liked this one a bit more. One thing that just doesn't make sense- this heroine was stabbed in the chest- IN THE CHEST- On a Friday and was back at work on Tuesday... And nobody saw a problem with that.

It wasn't that bad of a book but it wasn't super good either. I rate it 2.5 stars out of 5. I was hoping it was her creeper of a husband who was involved, that way he could never get his hands on Grace's unborn daughter, Samantha but sadly it wasn't so. It was a decent read though and not horribly bad. It isn't as good as the other books I've read by Kate Hopkins though.
