One of my favorite Hallmark Channel movies is based on this novel. I hunted for this book for a long time but I believe it is out of print and our library system did not have a copy. It finally popped up as available on my Thriftbooks wish list so I snatched it up. Of course, the book has much more depth than the cinematic adaptation but the movie was pretty true to the book for what was included. I really enjoyed the book as a light summer read.

This book is out-of-print and hard to find, but oh my god is it worth reading if you can find it. I cried at the end. And that's even knowing what the ending would be because I saw the movie based on this book. The movie of the same name stars Andrew McCartney and Teri Polo. Definetly worth seeing the movie, however, I think I enjoyed the book more. Even having seen the movie first, the book had me in tears at the end. Enough said. :)

I feel in love with this book and could only find it in paperback. I recently saw the movie on Hallmark and made the book come to life and feel in love all over again.
