Part of the Unforgettable Bosses series, each book can be read as a standalone with a grump who must learn the hard way that fate has all the control no matter how much power or money you have. Paul sexy as all get out billionaire takes grumpiness to another level but has the capacity to love his daughter as a single dad, she is what makes his day all better and when he hires her a nanny coming face to face with his one-night stand from the wedding. Melissa is sweet, ends up having a great time at the wedding meets a great guy the attraction is so strong neither of them can walk away it just for one night or so they thought until she shows up for the nanny position. The attraction is still just as intense, and the pull is so much stronger now that they are staying under the same roof making it harder to ignore. So, giving in starts the roller coaster ride his back and forth will give you a whiplash but his daughter has grown to love her although he keeps looking for reasons to send her away and when he finally comes up with one never expected his daughter to run away to look for her thus forcing him to face the feeling that have grown but is it too late for him, will she forgive him, will he realize what he threw away before it is too late, will his daughter get what she wants, and will they both give each other a real chance at happiness?.

This is the third book in this incredible series, and this is Paul and Melissa’s story, Paul is a grumpy, ruthless, and cold-hearted billionaire and CEO, who is a single dad to his 6-year-old daughter, who is the only bright spot in his life. Paul and Melissa first meet at a wedding and end up having a hot 1-night stand, and they cross paths again when she applies for the life in nanny position. Paul’s daughter loved Melissa, and when he finds an away to get rid of her, his daughter runs away to look for her, leaving him to confront his feeling head-on.
This is a well written story which is an emotional roller coaster, which is easy to read, with humor, witty banter, drama, humor, witty banter, fun, family, friendships, passion, misunderstandings, and love, which leads to an entertaining, unpredictable, and steamy page turner.

Paul and Melissa meet at a wedding and end up having an intimate one night. They meet again when Melissa is asked to be the nanny for a man that has had difficulty with the previous nanny's that were sent to him. Paul is hesitant of allowing Melissa to be nanny to his daughter, but she and his daughter bonds and Paul looks for anything to send her away. Things come to a head when his daughter threatens to leave with Melissa. Feelings are beginning to build between Paul and Melissa their past keep interfering. Will they get their chance for a happily ever after. This story kept me glued to the pages.

A great story between Paul and Melissa. They had a one nigh stand and meet each other when Melissa was hired as a nanny to his daughter. It was a roller coaster of emotions, drama and love. So much misunderstanding, betrayal and hurt that we thought these would even make it. It was hard for all of them but with strong willed little girl with full of love it all worked at the end. You are going to love this as much as I did.

Sooo many details essential to the story were completely missing. Why is Paul a single father? Is he a widow? Did the mother give up her rights? Does Melissa have any family or friends (beyond her mom who showed up last chapter)? What about Paul's parents? Why does he seem excited about being in society pages on his wedding day?The conflict of the story, when it looked like they were breaking up - was completely baseless. They only ever had sex - no dates, no relationship.

Whoever proofread did a disservice to this author.

I loved Melissa's interaction with Paul's daughter, and how she taught Paul that education could be fun.

This is a sweet and spicy nanny/boss romance. Paul and Melissa have a complicated story, and there is a miscommunication trope. if you are not a fan of that, you should be aware. They sometimes talk and act like teenagers, which I am also not a fan of, but the kid is cute, and they have a HEA.

wish there were 1/2 stars for 3 1/2

It was a quick easy read with a HEA but there were points you felt it was stretching and some sex scenes that felt the author wrote as basic as you could get. If you are look for a good feel, this will do it
