کتاب فصل بندی بی قاعده ای داشت. هر موضوعی که به ذهن نویسنده رسیده یک فصل شده. مطالب کتاب هم در بهترین حالت معمولیه. نکته خاصی نداره.
اگه به دنبال مطالبی در مورد فروش و نحوه افزایش مشتری و اینها می گردین به دنبال چیز دیگه ای باشین.

Lots of great nuggets!

Although I would have enjoyed something a little less “corporate/masculine” there was a lot of wonderful nuggets if information that I know will be helpful for me and my team.

I have to admit that I'm a big Steve Chandler fan and he certainly does not disappoint in the 'Joy of Selling.' While the focus of this work is directed to selling it would benefit all who read it who are actively involved in business whether they think that they sell or not. Being in sales myself, I was intrigued by the title since I certainly don't always find joy in selling. The premise of the author is a simple one but maybe not always easy to implement. Improve your sales focus, understand deeply the why of what you do more than focusing on the what, improve your overall game, stay in the present and don't regret the past, and selling can truly become a joy. This is a book that should be added to each library of each salesperson who truly desires to be successful. Thanks @SteveChandler for another great work.

Definitely some good ideas in this book that I will use. Talks about giving your services for free in advance to show them what it's like to work with you.
