Ambiguity and emotions handled sensitively

This is, ultimately, a "happily ever after" love story. But what sets it apart is the honesty about wavering feelings and the loving commitment between the couple when Emily's goals and reactions are not ideal. But Gabriel's commitment and understanding moved things toward a happy ending. Sensitively crafted.
