The volume for anyone who is tired of carrying the burden of caring for others. In down-to-earth terms, the author uses well-tried guidelines to show how to grow from the burn-out of over-responsibility to the freedom of letting go. (Holism)

I've read this twice. It helped in the early 90's and again recently. Good reminders!

This book by Jacqueline Castine was a lifesaver for me at a time when I really needed it. A serious family situation was causing me so much stress; reading this book helped me to regain some perspective on how to cope. Basically, its subtitle says it all; it is for "anyone who is tired of carrying the burden of caring for others."
