The eldest child of seven, Skeeter lives with her family in a log cabin in Kentucky and has the ongoing responsibility of caring for her siblings. Instead of the doll she’d hoped for, Santa leaves her something even more special, which at first she doesn’t understood but is soon enlightened. The Christmas Note is a heartwarming Christmas story.
