October 1, 2024Skim read. This author is hit or miss with me. I feel like she’s marginally better than Faiman with cleaning up her messes, but only because her H’s don’t “technically” cheat. They typically skirt by with some technicality, but you’re still not going to get the fallout, so it’s frustrating if you love drama.
I didn’t read the other books, but I never felt super lost. Piper has been in love with Hulk (MC dude) for years, but he treats her like crap stringing her a long while not committing and sleeping with OW. She runs into Anton (the local mafia boss) at his club, and he is smitten, so he pulls out all the stops to trap Piper… like blackmailing her into fake dating him.
Stuff happens, feelings become real, blah blah blah, fighting, sex, now Hulk wants her, the end.
Bottom Line- It was alright, but I skimmed chunks because I wasn’t feeling certain parts. I wish the plot was better balanced and the couple spent more time as a couple. I think they were together the last 5% and there wasn’t an epilogue.

Loved it up until chapter 11z Has sex with someone else while she downstairs at pool. Then has sex with h the next day. Might be a fake relationship but hes in Italy with her with plans to get her to marry him. Technically not cheating but a buzz kill to read hence so 1.5 for unnecessary drama.
Story kinda improved after marriage but he tricked her into it and told everyone / Hulk that she had an abortion (hulk kid) to be fair she said she wasn’t ready, hulk was still sleeping around with other women (he never stops this) and he doesn’t want kids. That was a low blow for Anton to tell hulk and ace. Piper finds out about the sneaky hook up who turns up in England claiming to be pregnant. It’s not true of course but there was a bit of drama. At the end she and Anton are ok - and we find out Ella is pregnant with hulks baby. Btw Ella is Anton sister.

I have been curious about Anton since book one. I wasn't sure if I would love him or hate him, but trust Nicola to write a alpha that you love to have but redeems himself. Piper is such a great string woman. She definitely doesn't take Anton's crap, regardless that he is head of a mafia family. She's a biker princess and won't let him forget it. What starts as Anton using Piper to further his agenda soon turns I to much more. Nicola has a way of weaving a story that draws you in until the very last page and lea as you wanting more. Another 5 star read.

The more nj writes with each book the better she gets. Her first books I read honestly almost put me off they were so frustrating on so many levels.
This was a great book with fab characters and interesting storyline.

A Good Series and so good for Anton and Piper
I am enjoying reading this series. I have liked Anton since book one. He is the BF of Tag but also the head mafioso. Anton discovers that someone in the MC is skimming money. This is obviously terrible because that puts Tag and Lucy in the middle of this jacked up situation. Anton decides to go a gentler route and blackmail Piper who is a club princess. His plan is working. However Anton and Piper are so stubborn, they just let hurtful words fly out of their mouths easily. Hulk is not taking the new relationship between Piper and Anton well. He does some messed up things that are seriously out of character for him. Even his dad Ace and MC brother Scar are shocked. Also, as you could guess Anton’s sister Ella is at it again. Honestly she puts herself directly in any drama because Ella enjoys the attention. She is a sneaky one always able to slip her security detail. Ella has put Hulk in a most precarious situation. Looking forward to the next book and hopefully it’s Hulk’s story. Read On!

I struggled reading this because I love piper and she deserves better than either of the men in her life. Hulk has used her love for him for comfort and s@x when he wanted it for 10yrs then along comes Anton, pursues her to get back and Hulk for something and to get his fellow Capo’s off his back. She gets her HEA but I wanted someone better for her.

What a great book bringing the mafia world and the MC world together! Piper is the club princes in The Rebellion MC and has wanted Hulk for forever but the biker won’t commit. Anton is more than willing to take Piper on.
This book was full of twists and turns with plenty of steam. I can’t wait for the next book in this series.

Your books have brought me a wide range of emotions from laughing out loud Rolling on the floor falling for the one's I wasn't supposed to route for to staring at a page crying because I knew what was on the next page and I didn't want you to make it real in my head to really really wondering were the heck I can find one alpha male let alone a Club full of passion like seriously were did all the tall people go anyway I am a book junkie who reads10 books a day and it's very hard to find a author that makes it feel it all so when I do I have to leave a review because I'm almost done with everything you wrote so far and am about to have the worst book hangover in history and wishing that you would have endless books for me by the time I'm done writing this but you most definitely found what you were born to do so please don't ever stop!!!!

Loved it
Loved Anton and Piper ,their love story is full of angst, betrayal and hot hot passion . Anton is a typical alphahole and definitely needs to earn his way back into Pipers good books. And what is going on between Tag And Lucy ? There is some definite tension between them and it seems some residual feelings are still there between Tag And Ella, don't get me wrong nothing happens between them but there is a heated look and Tag does go quiet at the end of this book with regards to Ella's news. I hope we get a another book to sort Tag and Lucy out and of course Ella's story with her news 😍😍😍😍

ANOTHER great read from this author! Anton and Piper make quite the couple. Anton, head of the Mafia and his fiesty as heck Club Princess take us on a wild adventure. Throughout this series, for me, I really didn't care for Anton. He's the character that keeps you interested just enough so you hope you get to see him fall off a cliff or something BUT, he really turned my opinion of him around in this one. Then there's Piper, fierce, takes no crap from nobody and that includes Anton. What's not to love about characters like these and a story like this!

Mafia, motorcycle club, murder, deception, deceit, sexual chemistry and romance, you will find it all and more, but please read the two previous books in the series, they are well worth your time and you won't be disappointed.

Wow this story definitely kept me on the edge of my seat. Anton and Piper have fiery and seductively sensual connection but it’s filled with blackmail, secrets, and lies. It’s an unconventional relationship but the journey they embarked on was absolutely entertaining. I loved everything about this book.

I enjoyed this series.
I enjoyed the characters and storyline.
But...
I did not like Anton. I didn't like him in Tag's book and not in his own book. I don't really think he was redeemable.
There was no grovel either... Hmm

A fabulous trilogy
I reckon anyone who loves MC novels need to read these in order. Great story lines with wonderful characters. This novel I read in one hit. Couldn't put it down. Looking forward to many more .

Good storyline
The ending felt a bit abrupt to me, but I did enjoy the book. I really love flawed characters and how they can change for the right person.

Anton: The Rebellion MC Kindle Edition by Nicola Jane is a fast paced emotional story about Anton and Piper's roller coaster journey to be together. The storyline and characters are intense and dynamic with all of the Mafia and MC drama that is full of danger, lies, betrayals but most of all forgiveness, love and growth that develops between these two.
Piper is an MC princess who grew up with the Rebellion MC and has had a crush on Hulk since she was thirteen, but Hulk just keeps taken her for granted. Their relationship is full of heartache for Piper, she may end up in his bed but Hulk won't commit to her at all as he goes from one club girl to the next. Piper now has had enough goes to a club gets drunk and ends up dancing on stage, little does she know that Anton Martinez who has a working alliance with the Rebellion MC is the owner of the club. When he sees her on stage he has her dragged off and brought into his office. Their confrontation is full of sass, wit and mind games. Anton now will use her to his advantage when he informs Piper that her dance performance was taped and that he has a proposition for her. Now the games begin as Anton has always had a connection to Piper will enact on those feelings to get what he needs as he has to please the other mafia families who are pressing him to get married and have an heir. Will he be able to use Piper to get what he wants by faking a relationship with her?
Anton blackmails Piper to be with him or he will show her father and the rest of the club the video of her stripping on stage as well as getting back at Hulk. Piper is defiant, sassy and exudes sex as she and Anton always had a connection but will she accept his offer hoping to make Hulk jealous or will this backfire on both of them when feelings and desire come into play? Anton thinks someone from the MC is stealing from him, can he use Piper to get closer to the club to find the culprit? Will this end up putting his best friend Tag and Lucy in the middle? So many twists and turns as a fake relationship turns into lies, deceit and violence as these two will go through much turmoil to be together as Anton's life is in danger and a war among the families is inevitable. Piper is an MC princess who grew up with the Rebellion MC and has had a crush on Hulk since she was thirteen, but Hulk just keeps taken her for granted. Their relationship is full of heartache for Piper, she may end up in his bed but Hulk won't commit to her at all as he goes from one club girl to the next. Piper now has had enough goes to a club gets drunk and ends up dancing on stage, little does she know that Anton Martinez who has a working alliance with the Rebellion MC is the owner of the club. His father tells Hulk that he had his chance and blew it as the club needs to work with Anton and now Ace has to make things right with Anton for Hulk's involvement. When Hulk learns what his punishment will be, how will he handle the outcome? When Anton's sister Ella gets out of hand once again placing her in danger , Hulk steps in putting him in a dangerous situation. This story will have you on edge as Anton and Pipers journey together was heartfelt and intense as they finally realize the love they have for each other is forever as Piper has found a person to love her completely as these two now are building a life together full of surprises. Well, didn't this book surprise me?
Was definitely not what I was expecting.
The characters I thought we're going to get together I knew going into reading were not going to happen was I sad, sure but after reading this story I realised that Piper made the right choice. One of them needed to break the bond and grow up and I guess one can only take so much heartache before you become resentful and want something more.
Anton though having ulterior motives for conning Piper into a fake relationship could never have seen the outcome of such Blackmail. How she brings down his walls making him wish she would just see him. Through their lies and betrayals to each other I'm glad that all their secrets are laid to bare so that they can move forward.
The ending was sweet and I loved the interaction these two started to have with each other.
I'm glad that things with Hulk were settled but it was time to grow up and maybe now he can see the error of his ways and find peace with someone else.
I'm wondering who Ella will be with part of me hopes it won't be with who she has been with in this book..I'm hoping for Micheal but I feel he is to sweet to have to deal with her feistiness.
