Another great Patsy Kelly book 👍
* It's incredible how Patsy seems to find leads that nobody else does. She has such a way of getting people to talk.
* I can't believe that when someone pushed her in the river and tried to kill her, she didn't lose her bloody hat!
* But oh dear me Patsy, have you learned nothing?
* Billy 🤦 I can't believe he wants to leave Patsy and go to Africa for a year!

Love the whole Patsy Kelly Investigates teen crime fiction series. Loved reading these in my teens.

Better than previous books. I actually felt sympathy for Patsy this time around, even though I haven't really liked her much in this series. I also, as usual, liked the mystery and plot twists.

I remember reading one or more East End Murders books years ago. The story is good, though not that original. The style of writing could certainly have been much better. But Patsy remains an interesting character.
