Elysia finally reunited with her twin, but it came at a cost...
Now they were on the run. Many factions chased them for their own reasons, most of which were unknown to the twins. All they knew was they had to stay ahead of them. Something Sereia knew all too well.
However, the most dangerous of them may not be those chasing them. The twins may run right into the net of another faction. A faction whose goals differed from those pursuing them, but the question was if those goals conflicted with the twin’s own.
That wasn’t the twin’s only problem. The reward from Mezo gave more than expected. Questions and answers about their heritage came bringing gifts. Those gifts came with strings attached, but also a clue to why those chasing them wanted them so badly.
No matter the challenges ahead of them, now that they were together as a family, they would face them head on. Those who sought to control them may get more than they bargained for. The very reason several factions sought the twins gave them the potential to surpass all.
Book 3 of an action-packed LitRPG Apocalypse series about a reincarnated loner turned lightning-thrower. She'll carve out a place for herself in a world changed by a System, conquering zombies, dungeon bosses, and worse, all while fast-traveling on a yacht.
Why do I have to lose the love of another series. Threw a stupid title to an author throwing hail Mary plot twists that really only break the story’s setting up till that point.
When I first found this series was it really expecting much but then we get a story with original setting and plot devices. But sadly it Al ending with this book to me has the title was to fancy for that ennding of the book has this was more brings large group of enemies get insta-kill by the twins Power Lv like there no time left, it just got real annoying that just felt like no matter what happens next page that the main chacthers would get little hurt an just be even more broke by the next ch in power.
This series his it’s jump the shark moment by it’s third book really sad for it.
The number of changes our group of characters experience surprised me on looking back after finishing this book. It is both sudden and seems longer, but everyone has grown a lot. I didn't expect the elemental realms to pack that much of a punch, but they exponentially influence the girls. I am extremely curious about the rude system, as it gets kind of neutered with no explanation. The end of the book reads like it could be the end of the series, but I hope not.
Of course, that's the charm of all LitRPG. I'm not minding this at all. Electricity-based powers getting more and more powerful is the name of the game. A few battles here and there, less character development, and tons and tons of skill development.
Good thing that's what I wanted, right? There's a purity to this kind of writing.
Good solid kick off and beautiful series.... Fun trio of MCs and fun all the way around with capricious girls doing their thing... Highly recommend JD Glasscock Author of the Series Blood Brothers and the Dream
This was a pretty good continuation of the series. I liked the reuniting of the sisters as well as their climb towards divinity. The only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is I noticed some editing errors that could do with cleaning up.
the characters recognize that their ability to empathize with others is acking but they dont feel a need to do anything about it. The never seem to grow unless it is in combat. i find them petulant
