The books is about Ali Khamenei the second supreme leader of Iran . The book talks about his early life then to his time during the revolution of Iran to his life as ayatollah of Iran . Khamenei was born into poverty , when he went to a sermon he began to dislike the shah of Iran. Soon he joined the revolution ,later he was sent to prison. When the first leader died he soon became the supreme leader of Iran.
My only problem is the book says very little about his time as leader.
