Canonical Quizzes from the Bootbox: Twenty-Five Years of Puzzles from the Bootmakers of Toronto

Rate this book
Canonical Quizzes from the Bootbox' presents selections from twenty-five years of quizzes originally presented at meetings of The Bootmakers of Toronto, Canada's national Sherlock Holmes society. The quizzes range from multiple choice through to crossword puzzles and word-searches, and are a fun way to find out how much you really do know about Sherlock Holmes and his adventures. The book is, however, much more than simply a volume of puzzles. Included with most of the quizzes are fascinating snippets of Bootmaker history. The quizzes were assembled by Dave Sanders and Brian Gibson and the book has an Introduction by Meyers for 1997 (Meyers is the head of the Bootmakers), Doug Wrigglesworth.
