The first actual romance novel I ever read! And nobody forced me to read! LOL And it was the first book I ever bought with my own money. Maybe that's why I thought it was such a wonderful novel.
I read this novel in sixth grade during our winter break. It was wonderful, I thought back then. Maybe a little cheezie nowadays, but I think it's great reading for teens and pre-teen.
Teaches a little, never give up on your dreams, and never stop believing in yourself to the reader...
It was a sweet novel.

I read this as a preteen and loved it. It made me cry, which at 12, is the sign of true literary art! I probably read this book 4 or 5 times.
