Vera and her four bridesmaids fly into Cabo San Lucas on Friday for her bachelorette party. They spend the weekend dancing, letting loose, relaxing at the spa, and gossiping about their lives back home. But by Sunday morning, the bride is missing from her room—-nowhere to be found.
The bridesmaids are alll brought in for questioning, but they all claim the same thing: no one has a clue where he is.
Detective Desmond Holmes refuses to believe that all four women are telling the complete truth. Surely someone knows or saw something.

This is my 4th read from @mikaelabee_author and it was so good! Right from the beginning, I was hooked on figuring out what happened to Vera. I loved reading the back and forth between the girls and the detective. Each character’s POV was easy to follow and it kept me turning the page faster. I did guess some of the twists, but not all of them.
If you love a good psychological thriller with multiple twists, make sure to pick up one of her books!

Y'all I just finished this book, From This Day Forward, by Mikaela Bee Author and if you like psychological thrillers/mystery/crime fiction, I highly recommend it! Everytime I thought I had it all figured out something else would happen in the case that would leave me trying to figure it out all over again! It releases June 4th, so I was able to get an early sneak peak and I'm so glad I did!! I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review

From This Day Forward by Mikaela Bee was a page turner. She makes the characters come alive and it’s almost like you’re living in the book with them. I had to keep reading to find out what happened in the end. She brings you into the book with a hook and keeps it dangling until you finish reading. I loved that it was a quick read to get back into my daily routine! Well done Mikaela!

The first book I’ve read by this author and can not wait for the next. I was playing who done it almost the entire book and was caught off guard completely many times. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys a good suspenseful book.

I absolutely loved this book. It is a sensational, suspenseful, psychological thriller that I could not put down. I've read several of the Author's books and each book is outstanding. The author knows how to create twist that you aren't able to figure out the plot. The characters and story are well written..

Mikaela Bee is outstanding at creating intoxicating relatable characters that are authentically real in opening your mind to new depths of human feeling.

Just finished my ARC of this one. 5/5 stars easily. I read it in one day because I couldn't put it down. Just when I thought I had figured it out, there was another twist. Highly recommend this one when it drops June 4!

I loved that during this book, I felt like I was back in my criminal investigations course, writing down key details to reference to as I worked my way to the truth!
This book has a pace to keep you interested and wanting to know more about what happened after the drinking ended on Saturday night.

From one of my favorite indie authors, Mikaela Bee, comes this jaw-dropping thriller set over the course of a bachelorette party in idyllic Cabo San Lucas.
The bride, Vera, her sister, and her friends experience the quintessential bachelorette party including the strip club, mixed drinks, the spa, and more. The fun continues until the bride drops a bomb on her girlfriends about the upcoming wedding on the second night.
The next morning, Vera is missing from her bed.
Is she just out running an early errand? Did she run away? Or is something more sinister at play?
From the long list of suspects who must have done something to Vera, or at least know something important, to the dual timelines that leave the reader guessing, this is a masterful work of thriller and suspense that deserves a read from every lover of this genre.

Another great book by Mikaela Bee! I loved all of the twists in the plot throughout! Just when I thought I had it figured out it turned out that I didn’t! I really enjoyed how the book was laid out to go between the detective and the bridesmaids branded it did not give away what was going on right away and you had to keep reading to find out! I love that I can’t put her books down once I start them!! If you’re looking for a fun, twisty, thriller, & easy read author this book is for you!! I read this book as my bridesmaids and I are planning my trip!! 😅😬

Wow! I have read every book by this author and she hits the nail on the head every time. I flew through the ending of the book. I couldn’t wait to find out what happened. I am anxious to see what the next book entails. 5 stars!
