I think it's one of the greatest books in strategies because most of the stories are coming from the author's experience. If you want to know about focus, insight and how to plan then I would highly recommend reading this book.
Hard to read, but key concepts that helped us in reframing what our organization was doing. With "Good to Great", we learned alot and applying what we learned is still in process.
