The Sacred Tree was created by the Four Worlds Development Project, a native American inter-tribal group, as a handbook of Native Spirituality for indigenous peoples all over the Americas and the world. This handbook is being used by the Four Worlds Development Project to eliminate widespread drug and alcohol abuse in tribal communities. 2nd Read:

A phenomenal gift to return to.  Practical, transcendent, universal, eternal, refreshing.

1st Read:

The Sacred Tree is a divine book. A book for those stuck in the wasteland, for those who've made it out, but are not sure where to head next, and a book for those en route and looking to keep growing. Essential reading.

A good overview of the many foundational beliefs and practices of Native Spirituality not only in North America, but from indigenous cultures from around the world. Well organized and illustrated, a pleasure to read and demonstrates the many similar, and often identical fundamental spiritual foundations underlying many traditions from around the world.
