I loved this book! So much information in one book. And it’s biblical, most true to the word of God, where he speaks of that. He talks about what is tradition or folk tales or old wives fables, as well, but lets you know it’s not biblical. I know by my dates reading that it took me a long time to read, but I stopped along the way a lot because of things happening in life and just couldn’t seem to stay with it, but it wasn’t because the book didn’t interest me. I loved it and will be putting on my shelf to keep. 🙂
This is a book both my husband and I are enjoying! It's formatting allows you to read it several different ways. You can bookmark your way thru or randomly open to see what's new today or refer to the Index when you're wanting to seek out information on a specific subject. Readers from teens to adults will enjoy this book as it refers to a lot of pop culture and subject matter like symbolism in Christian art that may be considered a bit too controversial for some believers. My personal opinion is that this will be a reference tool utilized by adults but also by our younger generations just because it's got a great pop culture feel has created. They will feel much more comfortable within the environment the book has created for itself. We need to offer printed materials current, revised and with referenrevised and pop culture literature for our younger generations. While my personal beliefs are in direct conflict with all organized religions, and I don't understand how anyone can reconcile the contradictions of the Bible, this book was succinctly informative. I liked the layout, and it will help with the research I'm doing.
