June 11, 2012Terrible. Most of the book covers son Pax and his addition trials and failures. Really didn't have any substance. I was looking for an alternative to AA. Something about taking responsibility for your issues and finding the cause for your addition which is not a disease. This books wants you to come to Malibu and go to their facility and meditate. Not help
