This is a book about deep spirituality. Reviewing this particular book I would like to start with his intended audience. This book is not for all. The book contains original Sanskrit verses and their English explanations. There are several powerful meditative practices in this book, based on eastern conceptualizations of deep Unity consciousness. Fifteen deep meditative states (samadhi) are explained. Core practices for advance meditations are explained.
The insights and understanding of cosmic oneness make up a large component of the book, which is fundamental to most spiritual/wisdom meditative traditions of the East.
I enjoyed the movements and control of Udana, the movements of the life-force during death and dream states.
Finally, I found a very interesting structure to the presentation of Sanskrit and English in this book. This book will be enjoyable to all, who are interested in deep spirituality of cosmic oneness.

It helped me to know myself, set goals, take control of my destiny and make something out of nothing. As a Christian, I find it helpful in expanding my prayer life and praying with the eyes of faith that "see" and "believe" and "receive".
