Young Lilly Masters has certainly found romance in the person of her new coworker, Nick Lawson. Now having gone out on several dates together, the two employees of the City of Madsen, Texas have fallen for each other fast and hard.
When it is time for a town festival, Nick is given a special assignment, one of seeing to it that festival vendors are in the right place and operating according to guidelines. And assisting him will be the lovely Lilly, along with two additional fetching city employees. And as he lives in an apartment in the downtown area, they decide to operate for the day out of his place.
Lilly has disclosed to Nick that even at the age of 21, she is still under threat of corporal punishment at the hands of her parents. But she goes on to confide to him that she would find such an experience administered by him to be quite pleasing.
But as chance would have it, on the night of the festival Lilly and her two female companions find themselves in violation of several laws by furnishing alcohol to some minors.
In the resulting chaos, as Nick's apartment is filled with police, the upset parents of one of the minors, and then, Lilly's parents, a comment from Lilly's father brings the chatter to a standstill.
Perhaps Lilly will not face charges after all but will certainly pay a penalty. Perhaps her two partying companions may wish to take the same deal.
