Jonas Gibson had his happiness torn away in a single moment. Forced to give up the little girl he’d raised from birth, he joined the Air Force and never looked back. Until he got a phone call from the girl’s grandparents with a desperate Ariana is missing, help us find her.
Ryan Villas never expected a letter telling him he was a father—but as surprising as it was, it wasn’t unwelcome. Ariana’s mother, however, didn’t make being a father easy. Everything was an uphill battle, and when Ariana and her mother disappear, he knows he has to find them.
Two men bound by the life of one little girl. Two men determined to make sure she’s safe. Two men who never expected to meet—or feel so drawn to each other.
This book just doesn't make sense, like, AT ALL. The guy freaking out when he founds out he has a daughter, but then, two sentences later, he wants full custody?? Air force dude, who comes to the rescue the second he learns his not-daughter and crazy ex went missing? And, of course, because he is good at picking guys at the bar, he meets the real father there (sorry, didn't bother to remember the names), they both are sex gods, we get it.
They fall in love even though they "know" each other for a DAY. Suddenly, missing girl is not so important because hot times under the stars in the desert (in January) is what this is about ;)))
There are so many random details thrown in the face I just cannot. However, I DID finish it. Just because I couldn't stop laughing at all this nonsense. Sweet cheese and rice. I'm not happy that once you know things, they can't be unknown.
