Lighthearted fun

More of the same as the first book. But still fun. No long term commitment involved, just light reading and brain fun.

I enjoy these short mysteries, but book 2 is simply a continuation of the first book… I was hoping for some new characters in addition to Andy and Chuck. (The primary change was Andy’s new boss who indulges in a luxurious lifestyle by using the newspaper’s expense account.)
One interesting mystery that stands out is actually based on a true story about Joseph Stalin and the rise/expansion of communism… (#23 Smersh).

Quick mysteries to enjoy in a hurry

I like this series of books because I can pick it up at anytime and read a mystery or two when I'm not busy. The short stories hold my attention and I like to figure each one and I'm getting better the more I read. Thank you for keeping me busy and feeling like I'm a great detective!

Short Mysteries for Your Brain

Each of the short puzzles in this book is interesting and a fun mental challenge. Check out volumes 1 and 3, as well.
