What if there were monsters who could make you see what wasn’t there? What if you learned your entire life had been a lie and no one could be trusted? What do you do when faced with the carnage you created?
The world I had once known is gone and every death is on my hands as Garrison continues his devastation. Only, he’s not the only one searching for me. He’s not the only one who wants to know what I am, what I can do. Creatures much worse are stepping into the ring and I must stand between them and the family I’ve found. I must protect them, even if that means protecting them from me.

If everything goes according to plan this will be releasing sometime in 2019 along with a few other novels. I hope everything goes according to plan! ♡
I find myself frustrated with this whole series at times... but I also enjoyed the books. Why did I get frustrated? Because of half explanations, missing context, jumping story lines, and in general not making sense. Why would the Sins not be totally PANICKED at the human world ending? Don't they feed off of sins done by humans? Or at least gain more power? The characters accept half answers and don't question certain circumstances or actions.... Nothing is really explained, it just pops up later like "oh yeah, my dad wants my inner sin, who is his real daughter, to take over my body. I'm just a host."
What? When was that explained? Did I miss something? Am I stupid? I swear I didn't skip any pages or chapters.
Or the whole Khrane kidnapping thing. Literally NEVER EXPLAINED. What the hell was Celia doing? WHY WOULDN'T FALLON DEMAND ANSWERS?!?!
The series itself obviously is good enough that I made it to the third book. Don't get me wrong. But I'm so FRUSTRATED with the holes in the story!!!!!
Oh boy have I been waiting for this “reunion”. Pssst …it was worth the wait! I am pleased to see Phoenix has brought her A game back to entertain us once again. She brings the chaos, excitement, drama, romance, & action to us full force as we are thrust into figuring out which reality is real (or not). Many questions answered & many more unearthed. I am eager to see what is to come for this misfit family. How many more will die along the way?
