Francis Bacon wrote: “Read not to contradict and confute; nor to believe and take for granted; nor to find talk and discourse; but to weigh and consider. Some books are to be tasted, others to be swallowed, and some few to be chewed and digested: that is, some books are to be read only in parts, others to be read, but not curiously, and some few to be read wholly, and with diligence and attention.”

The Way of Initiation by Serge Benhayon is a life changing book that I have read wholly and with diligence and presence. The more I digest it, the more is revealed in the form of an unfolding living teaching. I have now read this book four times and look forward to many future readings.

In this book of the series I learned in a simple and applicable way to put the philosophy in practice in my daily life.
The word "love" that I had used 1000 times became very tangible and "earthy". Before I had a more romantic picture of love, was ever searching it as a taste of paradise - of course never found it lasting and got hurt along the way.
After reading the book I didn't have to look for it anymore. I got to the understanding that I AM LOVE and that I simply have to put it in practice. Be love - then you don't have to look for it anymore - how simple is that?
Love has become so much more than a good kiss during sunset. It is still that - but so much more! Real and every day life stuff. Such as cleaning a toilet. Being on time. Taking on responsibility. Speaking out. Being accessible.

This is the first book by Serge I ever read, another one as with all the books that are staples in my life. I read it cover to cover the first time I read it and couldn't out it down. It just made sense of everything I had been feeling, a book I have gone back to and will continue time and time again to read. There is always something different to get from it every time you read it.

Just an amazing book. One that takes time to read as each paragraph has an incredible depth to it. It is one that I can pick up at any time and find something relevant to me and the world. Highly recommended to all who are searching for how to bring themselves more into their life!

I found this book to be very unbalanced and had far too many religious undertones.
It seems to have been written for members of a cult, rather than a book for legitimate truth seekers
