Tenía miedo de esta relectura, y realmente no ha decepcionado. Literatura juvenil, sí, pero ¿hasta qué punto? Me choca el vocabulario y cómo enfrenta ciertos aspectos del mundo de una manera más madura de lo que cabe esperar.
Por lo demás, típica historia del elegido con sus amigos, pero lo que realmente importa aquí son los personajes, su carisma, el cariño que transmiten.
Amé esta saga de pequeño, y va camino de que la ame con la misma intensidad 11 años después.

It was really nice to reread this book. I love this series and it always warms my heart. Such an addictive read. The misogyny is a bit irritating, the whole 'woman and fighting aaah, but then it still happens' is a bit tiring, but for the rest i liked it. 9 on CAWPILE TW// parental death, misogyny

Il Reame Perduto è una storia che si compie nel Regno della Fantasia, e narra di tre ragazzi, o meglio elfi (due Stellati, Regulus e Spica, e un Boschivo, Ombroso) che trovano una Giada, la quale serve ad aprire un portale ormai considerato inutile.
I due ragazzi si ritrovano nel Reame dei Boschi, o, come lo chiamano tutti, il Reame Perduto (vedi titolo) , mentre Spica combatte i Crepuscolari (enormi pipistrelli con tanti piccoli occhi, messaggeri della Regina delle Streghe) insieme a Stellarius, il consigliere del Re del Reame delle Stelle.
Così Ombroso rivede la sua patria, e quando chiede dove sono i suoi genitori, gli danno una brutta
notizia...
A me è piaciuto perchè non si sono inventati personaggi troppo strani, cosa che avevo notato in altri libri fantasy.

A typical high fantasy story. A chosen one with destroyed home. Obvious friendship and love. Saving the world from evil. And most of all, it's all about elves.

But it's good. Though somehow, I kinda be reminded to the relationship in Avatar and Harry Potter. (one hero with a pair of siblings and one hero with one male and a female friends).

Ik kwam dit boek laatst toevallig in de kringloop tegen. Het boek wat ik ooit op de basisschool heb gelezen, enorm van hield, maar daarna nooit meer wist welk boek het was en niet wist hoe t verder zou gaan. Erg leuk om nu weer terug te lezen. Deze manier van fantasie, een hele wereld vol sterrenelven, boselven, tovenaars, feeën, weerwolven en draken, en het avontuur door de bossen, en gevaar, raadsels en magie. Het is nog precies hoe ik me nu mijn meest favoriete fantasie verhalen voorstel. ❤️

Dit is een van mijn jeugdfavorieten. Ik las deze serie toen ik een jaar of 10 was en was helemaal verliefd op de wereld! Nu ik een bieb pasje heb wou ik toch graag deze boeken nog eens lezen. En wat was dat een goede keuze. Ik zat gelijk weer in de magische sferen van het boek.

De inleiding laat je gelijk zien hoe het ervoor staat in het sterrenrijk en wie onze hoofdpersonages zijn. Dit zorgt voor een mooie solide start. De spanning laat niet lang opzich wachten en de kern is dan ook 1 groot avontuur. Het einde was goed, het sloot mooi af en gaf een mooi begin voor boek 2.

De schrijfstijl was ook onwijs goed. Ondanks dat het een kinderboek is las het soms toch echt als beginnend ya en dat zorgde ervoor dat ik werd meegezogen in de prachtige wereld van fantasia.

Tel daarbij op een prachtige cast van karakters en je hebt een mooi verhaal. Elk personage heeft zijn of haar eigen karakter waardoor ze elk een belangrijke rol hebben in het verhaal. Zit er ontwikkeling in? Nee maar dat vind ik met dit verhaal, waarin de ontwikkeling in het verhaal zelf zit, niet erg.

Ik kon niet anders dan 5 sterren geven, dit boek gaf me zoveel vreugde!

Voor het eerst gelezen toen ik zo'n 10 jaar was, maar na al die jaren nog steeds even verliefd op deze wereld. Echt 1 van de beste boeken die er bestaan.

Questo libro ha tutti gli elementi di un fantasy che si rispetti. È un peccato che sia così sottovalutato. Forse lo si associa troppo agli altri libri di Geronimo Stilton che sono delle letture unicamente per l’infanzia, ma questa serie è diversa, e non solo perché i personaggi sono altri. Penso che sia uno di quei libri che si possono leggere ed apprezzare a tutte le età, nonostante il target principale siano comunque sempre i bambini chiaramente. E indubbiamente lo consiglierei a chiunque voglia approcciarsi il fantasy con cautela, cominciando con qualcosa di leggero e simpatico. Io ho cominciato ad avvicinarmi a questo genere proprio con questo libro quando ero piccola, e lo adoravo! Tanto che ho pensato di riportarne le primissime righe:

Vi fu un tempo, un tempo assai lontano,

in cui il dolce canto delle fate

non echeggiava per ogni valle, mare e montagna

portando pace e prosperità

nei regni sotto il cielo tempestato di stelle.

Fu quella un’Epoca Oscura per il Regno della Fantasia,

un’epoca che oggi in pochi ricordano

e che ancora meno osano narrare.

Scrivo tuttavia queste storie

di tempi cupi, dolenti e gloriosi

affinché non sia perduta la memoria di tali vicende

e nei giorni felici delle ere a venire

si possa ricordare e apprendere

da ciò che in passato è stato:

il coraggio non va mai dimenticato,

come non bisogna mai dimenticare

che la forza del cuore è quella più grande.

Poiché il Male non dorme mai...

Vorrei aggiungere infine che le illustrazioni sono davvero belle, e la sezione centrale a fumetti è super carina! Inoltre all’interno della copertina c’è un labirinto da risolvere, un’idea secondo me ottima per coinvolgere ancora di più un bambino nella storia, quasi come se ne facesse parte.

Finally! Finishing this book felt like a mini victory, especially with life pulling me in so many directions lately. But despite the chaos, this story managed to warm my heart in the sweetest way.

The tale follows Audace, a forest fairy who ends up lost in the star kingdom. He’s adopted by a man with two children—one his age and a younger sister. Audace has lived with them since he was a toddler, unaware of the magical world he truly belongs to.

Everything changes when he stumbles upon the long-forgotten gate to the lost forest kingdom and a mysterious green stone—the key to unlocking it. With these discoveries, Audace begins questioning his existence. Why is he here? Why did he survive while his kingdom fell to darkness? Determined to reclaim his lost heritage, he embarks on a journey to fight for his people, stone in hand, heart full of courage.

And this is where the adventure truly begins.

While it took me a little longer to finish, mainly because I couldn’t fully connect with the emotional depth, the book still checked a lot of boxes for me. It’s packed with challenges, adventures, and plenty of imagination. Sure, the ending felt a bit predictable, but the world-building, maps, and charming character depictions made it more than worth the read.

In short, this lighthearted children’s novel brings together fantasy, suspense, and the warmth of family and friendship—perfect for bedtime reading. Even though it didn’t totally grip me, I still enjoyed the journey.

Ik vond het een heel goed verhaal. Het verhaal lijkt een beetje op ‘Lord of The Rings’ door hetzelfde plot te hebben. In het verhaal is er ook een uitverkorene die het kwade moet verslaan om weer vrede te hebben in het rijk. De personages bestaan voornamelijk uit elfen en tovenaars en er zijn ook monsters zoals draken en andere soorten volkeren. Er zijn ook tekeningen in het verhaal die me hielpen om het verhaal beter te verstaan. De doelgroep is voor kinderen die in het vierde leerjaar zitten. Het verhaal heeft een goede wereldopbouwing met in elk rijk andere volkeren, soorten democratie, monsters, gevaren… Ook is er in het midden van het boek een deel graphic novel die het einde toont in stripvorm.

Début de la relecture de cette saga qui a bercée mon enfance et qui m'a donnée goût à la fantasy (oui, rien que ça)

Sans surprise, un véritable plaisir de re-découvrir les personnages et l'intrigue (oui, ok la trope de l'élu, et oui, on sent que c'est un livre pour un public assez jeune, mais franchement ça fait le taff !)
J'ai hâte de (re)voir les personnages prendre en maturité et faire avancer cette quête de liberté !

Je tiens aussi à dire que, 10 ans après, je ne comprend toujours pas à quel moment il faut lire la partie bande dessinée qu'il y a dans chaque tome mdrr (je crois que c'est à la fin ?? mais c'est entre les pages des derniers chapitres donc ça porte à confusion XD maybe c'est juste une contrainte d'impression)

Novela de fantasía. dirigida a un público juvenil, pero realmente simpática.
De vez en cuando, me gusta leer alguna novela de este tipo ya que resultan sumamente refrescantes.
Esta novela tiene todos los ingredientes del género, pero está bien desarrollada con intensidad y emoción y con unos personajes entrañables.
Merece la pena para una tarde de domingo, en esas en las que solo quieres pasar un buen rato....

Dit is in principe 'baby's first high fantasy': een laagdrempelige introductie in het high fantasy genre. Maar ondanks dat het boek voor kinderen/middel grade is geschreven wordt het materiaal wel echt serieus genomen. De wereld is super interessant opgebouwd met veel mogelijkheid tot uitbreiding en de personages zijn ook boeiend en gelaagd. Ook heel veel mooie afbeeldingen en kaarten waardoor het verhaal echt tot leven komt vind ik! Als 12-13 jarige voor het eerst gelezen en it still slaps.

Es una saga que no me dejó indiferente. Con los años la olvidé pero recuerdo que la leí innumerables de veces. Al principio no me llamo nada porque yo leía la version de Reino de la Fantasía pero este mundo de fantasía me inició junto con otros a un género que no sea únicamente romance.

Così come Tea ha scritto la saga de "Le Principesse del Regno della Fantasia", così Geronimo ha scritto "Le Cronache del Regno della Fantasia". Il primo romanzo avevo fatto fatica a concluderlo; l'avevo iniziato 3 volte perché mi bloccavo sempre... forse era un problema personale, non del libro.
