An older book (from 1996) but several interesting grilling recipes for things I haven't thought of. Looking forward to trying Grilled Antipasto w/Basil Oil, Gado Gado with Foil-Wrapped Vegetables, Rustic Herb Chicken with Tomato Mustard Sauce, and Pasta al Fresco with Tomatoes, Peppers and Squash. There are also side dish recipes such as Grilled Fingerling Potatoes with Spiced Yogurt and Pesto-Grilled Vegetables.
