Gone Rogue
Slade Wesley always hid the fire that burned deeply within him. He joined an elite assassin group called the Secret Sanctum to help dim the flames.
Soon a feeling overtakes him and he leaves the assassins.
While on the run, he accepts his ancestor’s given gift to him to become a guardian.
As he accepts his guardian duties he learns of a secret island in the “devil’s triangle.” An island hidden from the Sanctum that hides magic that could destroy the agency, however to use this magic he must first learn how to get the creatures on the island on his side and that is through the queen.
The queen, Phoenix, though has another concern before she can deal with a human concern that is killing her own, a concern that only her true form as a dragon could deal with. At least until Slade got involved.
