The book of Romans is one of the most powerful and foundational books in the Bible, and listening to it in this NKJV audio format brings a unique depth to the experience. There’s something about hearing the words spoken that makes them feel even more personal and impactful.
From the very beginning, Epistle to the Romans sets the tone with a clear declaration of identity and purpose: “Paul, a bondservant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated to the gospel of God” (Romans 1:1). That opening alone is a strong reminder of what it means to live a life set apart.
As the chapters unfold, Romans walks through deep truths—sin, grace, salvation, and what it means to live for God. Hearing these truths aloud helps them sink in on a different level. Verses that are already familiar seem to carry even more weight when spoken.

WORDS FROM THE BOOK OF ROMANS
For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes—the Jew first and also the Gentile. This Good News tells us how God makes us right in his sight. This is accomplished from start to finish by faith. As the Scriptures say, “It is through faith that a righteous person has life.”
Bless the name of Jesus!
