While my Grandma didn't make many casseroles, my Mom did and I do, and I've been a Grandma for years now.
The recipes in this book are easy to make and many are old-time favorites, like mac and cheese and baked beans. However, you'll also find some new and interesting casseroles here. For example, there's a great tuna casserole that my daughter created.
And if you never know what to do with left-over turkey and cranberry sauce then check out the recipe I created for that. It really is delicious and easy to make too!
