Destiny's Decision

Destiny finally realizes…

Destiny Barnes finally accepts that Faith Temple Cathedral is now her assignment after the death of her grandparents leaves the church she loves without a pastor…but not for long. Destiny and her two best friends must deal with church, marriage, divorce, and secrets as she learns that God is truly in control.

…that her Destiny is securely wrapped around Jeremiah 29:11…

Pastor Roderick Prince Strong an Atlanta native knows his ministry is for hurting people and finds himself drawn to Shreveport, Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina and a conversation with First Lady Lora Barnes. Even though his mother Queen is not happy about the decision, she gives Roderick her blessings but prays that above anything else, he would find a wife. Can Destiny let go of her fear of commitment and dedicate her life to Faith Temple Cathedral in a roll other than pastor?

Absolutely loved this book!!! It shows us that people make mistakes that sometimes others don't understand and most are not willing to forgive. By believing in God and removing yourself out of the way we see how God can take a situation and flip it around for the good. Must Read!!!

Wow! This is my favorite book for this year out of 101 books that I’ve read from Jan -April. This book was filled with friendship, love for friends and family, and love for God. Destiny, trying to walk in her destiny that took her a while to determine what it was and how she could navigate thru her determined destiny. Supporting Destiny was a cast of very good friends and loving folks. The prayers that are included by the characters are touching. The acts and behaviors of the folks are reflective of folks having a sincere heart for God.

Hallmark sweet

This was a sweet read because everything was just almost perfect. It's a great story of faith and obeying the word of God. It's a good story of characters with good integrity.

I don't think the man on the cover looks like Rick Fox as mentioned 😉. I enjoyed reading about good men of God and no church drama.

I felt this was three stories being read at one time, three couples that each had their own issues going on

I am happy that I see this was written in 2012, and this was not my first book by this fantasic author

Destiny's Decision was a great read, but I guess it would have been a novella, Stephanie and Sheila stories also possibly would have been a novella
